1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 11winph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website and any associated mobile interface. These Terms apply to all users of 11winph, whether registered or unregistered.

By accessing 11winph, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

11winph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 11winph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. 11winph strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Residency and Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. 11winph is primarily designed for players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated under Philippine law are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 11winph or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body. Attempting to register while under a self-exclusion order is a violation of these Terms.
• Not a Prohibited Person: Employees of 11winph, its affiliates, game providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

11winph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 11winph, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 11winph. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: 11winph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its PAGCOR compliance obligations. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) before withdrawals above ₱10,000 are processed. 11winph may request KYC documents at any time.
• Account Ownership: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account.
• Contact Information: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information up to date. 11winph will use your registered mobile number and email address for all account-related communications, including OTP delivery and security alerts.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 11winph login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

11winph will never ask you for your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any communication purporting to be from 11winph that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify 11winph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. 11winph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

11winph recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. This feature is available in your account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 11winph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: 11winph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. 11winph reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal requests.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Fraud Prevention: 11winph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

11winph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 11winph reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: 11winph reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Changes: 11winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 11winph are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• Random Number Generation: All 11winph games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live casino games use physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void. 11winph will not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions caused by technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 11winph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection: 11winph is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection or device failure during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's standard rules.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in the 11winph server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may raise disputes via live chat support within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 11winph. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility status in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live poker, baccarat, or any multiplayer format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with 11winph games or systems without express written permission.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using 11winph for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). 11winph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or play while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Attempting to access 11winph while subject to a self-exclusion order, or using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 11winph staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

11winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support player well-being:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected. 11winph will close the account and return any remaining real-money balance.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current session and net gaming activity.

11winph does not extend credit to players and does not permit gambling on credit. All gameplay must be funded from a player's available real-money balance or eligible bonus balance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11winph platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 11winph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 11winph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 11winph.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used on the platform.
• Use any 11winph trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 11winph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 11winph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game malfunctions, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 11winph's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or government-mandated service suspensions).

11winph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 11winph's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

12. Termination and Account Closure

11winph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 11winph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 11winph customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 11winph's customer support team for informal resolution. 11winph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the English language and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
